RESPONSIBILITIESSet up serving lines, steam tables, and dining room tablesReplenish serving lines with hot and cold food itemsResupply dishware, napkins, and condimentsRead tickets and place food items listed onto serving traysEnsure correct food portioningMaintain a clean kitchen and dining areaBrew coffee and other beveragesManage inventoryAssist with washing and putting away dishes, glassware, utensils, etc.

Clean equipmentPractice first in/first out stock rotation of suppliesDisposes of garbageFollow food safety regulations May assist with meal preparationMay handle cashiering responsibilities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Previous customer service experience is a plusExcellent attention to detailKnowledge of food safety is a plusAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to stand for the entire shiftStrong communication and collaboration skillsSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
