We are seeking a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, enjoy interacting with people, and are looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly take orders, ensuring that their breakfast needs are met.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the kitchen and dining room.
- Handle guest relations, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests leave with a positive impression.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to effectively address dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of breakfast dishes.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle food preparation and meat cutting duties as required.
Experience:
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a breakfast or brunch setting (not required).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or equipment.
- Strong guest relations and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Experience with food preparation.
