We're looking for energetic, hardworking, and guest-focused Bussers to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and thrive as part of a team, we want to hear from you. As a Busser, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting our servers, maintaining the dining room, and ensuring every table is ready for guests. Your attention to detail, hustle, and positive attitude will help create memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare dining areas before service, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service Replenish table settings and guest-requested items as needed Assist with delivering food and supporting service when necessary Serve as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Communicate guest needs and requests to the appropriate team members Requirements At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Current Food Handler Card What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and advancement Benefits offered to qualified team members A fun, energetic, and team-oriented workplace The opportunity to be part of a company passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest experiences INDFOH
