The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment. The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive team culture and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the restaurant. Duties
  • Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and kitchen.
  • Supervise, lead, and train all staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen team members.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for all employees to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and address guest needs proactively.
  • Create, manage, and optimize staff schedules to meet operational demands while controlling labor costs.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, inventory levels, and purchasing processes.
  • Perform weekly inventory counts and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Track financial performance, KPIs, and overall restaurant results.
  • Coordinate special events, group reservations, and private or semi-private dining areas.

  • Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
  • Extensive background in food service management, including supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings.
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Experience with inventory control, budgeting, staff training & development, and shift management is essential.
  • Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, culinary practices, and hospitality management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
