• Phoenix Gilbert is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and guest-focused Breakfast Attendants to join our opening team.

This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming start to our guests' day by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, inviting breakfast experience. Position Summary The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and replenishing the complimentary breakfast buffet while providing friendly and attentive service to guests. This position ensures all food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained according to Hilton brand standards. Responsibilities Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet each morning Ensure food items are fresh, stocked, and attractively presented throughout service Monitor and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, buffet stations, and kitchen areas Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food deliveries Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Properly close and clean all breakfast areas after service Assist with pre-opening setup, training, and operational preparations Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Food Handler Certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality Weekend and holiday availability required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hilton Team Member Travel Program Paid training Growth and advancement opportunities Positive team-oriented work environment Opportunity to be part of an exciting new hotel opening
