In this role, you will ensure that every guest starts their day with a delicious, well-presented meal served in a warm and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality. Duties Coordinate our breakfast to deliver exceptional guest experiences each morning Oversee food preparation, presentation, and replenishment to ensure freshness and visual appeal Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the breakfast area Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast buffet or served stations, ensuring all items are stocked and attractively displayed Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, special dietary needs, and feedback promptly and professionally Monitor cleanliness of dining areas, tables, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Perform inventory on food stock and breakfast supplies and place orders to replenish supply. Skills Proven experience in food service environments Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Expertise in serving, food preparation, and food handling procedures Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety regulations Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills within a fast-paced hospitality setting Background in the food industry or restaurant or other hotel breakfast experience demonstrating versatility and professionalism Join us as a Lead Hotel Breakfast Attendant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional mornings for our guests!
