Requirements:
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Current Food Handler's Card Responsibilities:
Assist with basic food prep, such as slicing fruits/vegetables and preparing sandwiches or salads Stock and set up workstations with ingredients and equipment Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and cafeteria environment Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, dishwashers, and food warmers Serve meals on the line and handle food safely Clean up at the end of meal shifts and manage leftovers Dispose of waste and sanitize work areas daily
