As a vital part of our breakfast service, you'll ensure every guest starts their day with delicious food, friendly service, and a positive vibe. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring food safety sanitizing procedures are strictly followed to maintain high hygiene standards. Greet guests warmly, taking their orders accurately using POS systems, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit. Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks, including plating, garnishing, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Manage manual handling tasks such as lifting supplies, stocking stations, and clearing tables efficiently while adhering to weight handling safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly in compliance with food safety management protocols. Support catering or banquet setups if required, ensuring all food presentation meets quality standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy weekend mornings, fostering a positive team environment. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential. Experience with wine knowledge or barista skills is a plus but not required. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and transaction management. Prior culinary or hospitality experience, including catering or banquet work, is advantageous. Ability to handle weight safely in the workplace and perform manual handling tasks comfortably.
