In this role, you will be the first friendly face guests see in the morning, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering exceptional food service. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and answer any questions about the breakfast offerings Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Replenish buffet items as needed, monitor food temperatures, and ensure cleanliness of serving areas throughout the shift Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, or assembling breakfast items under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy morning hours and special catering events Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles is preferred Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential Previous banquet or hospitality experience will be advantageous Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate loads comfortably Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional breakfast experiences!
