Traveling Sweet Carts is hiring a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Dessert Cart Attendant to join our growing team. We specialize in live dessert catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across the Bay Area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working events, interacting with guests, and being part of a fun, high-end dessert experience. Our team creates fresh churros, beignets, and specialty desserts live on-site while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve desserts (churros, beignets, mini donuts) fresh on-site Set up and break down dessert cart displays Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner Maintain a clean and organized work station Restock toppings, drizzles, and supplies during service Follow presentation standards (clean, polished, photo-ready setup) Assist with loading/unloading equipment when needed Represent our brand at weddings and luxury events

Qualifications:

Customer service or food service experience preferred Comfortable working weddings, parties, and corporate events Must be available evenings and weekends Able to stand for long periods Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs Reliable transportation required Professional appearance and positive attitude Food Handler Certification is a plus

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in catering, events, or food prep Outgoing and comfortable interacting with large groups Works well in fast-paced environments Detail-oriented and takes pride in presentation

Pay:

$20-$30 per hour (based on experience) + tips

Schedule:

Part-time / flexible Weekend availability required Event-based shifts (typically 2-5 hours)
