Your Role:

The floor is the house engine. We need a runner and busser who understands the rhythm of a busy room and moves with purpose. This is for a veteran of the service floor who knows how to anticipate a table's needs and keep the momentum of the night sharp without being told. If you are ready to apply your experience to a concept that has real substance, we have the tools to help you level up. We value those who are intuitive, quick on their feet, and ready to put some heart into the craft.

Requirements:

Proven experience on a high-volume service floor is required. Ability to handle heavy trays and a fast-paced room with poise. Must be 21 or older. Available for evening and weekend rotations. A genuine interest in the craft of hospitality.
