The Role We are hiring immediately for energetic and detail-oriented individuals for a hybrid Runner/Busser position. You will act as the engine of our service floor, ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen, bar, and guests. This is a fast-paced role that requires you to think on your feet and maintain a high level of professionalism in a busy atmosphere. We believe in training and promoting from within. If you have the drive to learn the trade, from floor service to the history of rum and spirits, we will provide the tools to help you advance. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain table turns and cleanliness standards. Assist servers and bartenders in maintaining a pristine dining and bar area. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure service flows without interruption. Maintain knowledge of our menu items and table numbers. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to provide hospitality. Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
