This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys food styling, hospitality, catering, and creating memorable experiences through beautifully curated charcuterie boards, boxes and grazing tables. Position Overview As a Grazeologist, you will prepare and style charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and catering displays for events of all sizes. This position requires attention to detail, food safety knowledge, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, and grazing tables Style food displays with creativity and attention to presentation Assist with catering setup, breakdown, and event execution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Communicate politely and professionally with team members and customers Assist with inventory, food prep, and packaging as needed Deliver catering orders and transport event supplies safely and professionally Requirements Valid Food Handler Certification (required) Previous catering or food service experience (required) Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs Weekend and holiday availability required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for food styling, hospitality, and customer service Preferred Qualifications Experience with charcuterie, catering, event setup, or food presentation Kitchen prep or hospitality experience Creative eye for presentation and aesthetics Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing catering business Flexible scheduling opportunities About Graze Craze Graze Craze creates elevated charcuterie experiences for corporate events, weddings, private parties, and special occasions throughout North County San Diego.
