Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations within high-volume quick service restaurant (QSR) environments. This role is responsible for driving exceptional front-of-house (FOH) execution while building strong, collaborative partnerships with the back-of-house (BOH) to ensure speed, quality, and consistency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, excels at team development, and understands the operational demands of high-volume QSR service.
Key Responsibilities Lead FOH Operations:
Oversee daily front-of-house execution, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate guest service while maintaining brand standards.
Drive FOH/BOH Alignment:
Act as the key liaison between FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless communication, ticket flow, speed of service, and product quality.
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 20+ hourly and seasonal employees; provide performance feedback and create a strong team culture.
Operational Execution:
Support Restaurant Managers in executing strategies to improve throughput, reduce wait times, and maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
Staffing & Scheduling:
Manage shift coverage, ensure compliance with union agreements, and maintain optimal staffing levels for peak QSR demand.
Standards & Compliance:
Enforce all food safety, sanitation, labor, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant operation.
Guest Experience Focus:
Monitor service delivery, resolve guest concerns quickly, and model a guest-first mindset across FOH teams.
Training & Onboarding:
Ensure all employees are properly trained, cross-trained, and proficient in QSR service standards, POS systems, and operational procedures.
Performance & Cost Control:
Help manage labor, cost of goods, and operational expenses while maintaining speed and service quality.
Continuous Improvement:
Observe service flow, identify bottlenecks between FOH and BOH, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of QSR or high-volume quick service management experience Proven experience leading FOH teams and coordinating closely with BOH operations Experience managing teams of 20+ employees in fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of labor, food safety, and operational compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in outdoor environments and move between multiple venues Preferred Qualifications Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field Experience in high-volume QSR, theme park, or multi-unit environments Union workforce experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced settings Experience with budgeting, labor forecasting, and cost control Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., EATEC, Clarity) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $29.00 - $32.00/hour Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement Growth opportunities within a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment Work Environment On-site, full-time role at a designated location Fast-paced, high-energy QSR setting with multiple service venues Apply online:
