Backwaiters / Bussers - JINYA (New Upscale Japanese Concept, West Hollywood) JINYA is a newly opened, high-volume Japanese dining concept on La Cienega Blvd in West Hollywood. This location represents an evolution of the Jinya brand, centered around live-fire cooking, premium proteins, elevated small plates, and a full bar program. It's a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on delivering a polished, memorable guest experience.

We are actively building a strong, reliable backwaiter team from the ground up and are looking for experienced bussers who can move with urgency and work cohesively to support a smooth, high-level service.

BusserRequirements:

Previous experience as a busser/backwaiter is required Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a high-volume environment Strong sense of teamwork and awareness on the floor Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Assisting servers with water service and table maintenance Running food and supporting overall service flow Keeping service stations stocked and organized Communicating with servers, hosts, and kitchen to ensure smooth operations Working closely with the team to maintain pace and consistency throughout service We are not just filling positions—we are building a tight, efficient team that takes pride in working hard and supporting one another during busy services.
