What We Are Looking For:

We are hiring a hard-working, fast-moving, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Busboy to be the heartbeat of our dining room floor. You must be completely available for weekend shifts and weekday evening shifts starting at 4:00 PM until closing time. Because dinner shifts wrap up late at night, having a reliable vehicle or dependable personal transportation to and from our Cerritos restaurant is required for shift accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset dining tables to ensure smooth seating for waiting guests.

Station Readiness:

Keep service and bus stations perfectly prepped, stocked, and loaded with cups, polished silverware, and our signature Peruvian sauces (like our green Ají and Huacatay sauces).

Table Service:

Help provide an amazing guest experience by delivering complementary bread baskets, refilling waters/drinks, and running hot food plates directly to tables when available. Communicate clearly and quickly with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff in both English and Spanish to keep the restaurant flow flawless.

Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to easily communicate with guests and team members. Solid availability for weekend shifts and evening shifts starting at 4:00 PM to close. A reliable vehicle or dependable transportation to guarantee you can get home safely and on time after late-night closing at our Cerritos location. High physical stamina, ability to move quickly under pressure, and a dedicated team-player attitude.
