Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring all offerings are appealing and well-stocked throughout service hours Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer questions about menu options and dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice with enthusiasm, ensuring prompt refills and attentive service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and replenish supplies as needed Monitor guest feedback and promptly address any concerns to ensure a positive dining experience Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus Background in food preparation or as a dietary aide enhances your ability to meet diverse guest needs Familiarity with food handling safety standards within the food industry or restaurant settings is essential Barista experience or hospitality background can be advantageous for delivering exceptional guest interactions Previous roles involving food safety protocols demonstrate your commitment to health standards and quality assurance Join us in creating delightful mornings filled with warmth, excellent service, and delicious offerings.
