Now, we just need a killer Busser to keep the party clean, organized, and running smoothly. The Role (What You'll Actually Do) As a Busser at Coffee Dose, you are the unsung hero of the vibe. You are the gatekeeper of our aesthetic. You ensure that when a customer walks in to get their daily fix, the space looks as pristine and Instagram-ready as our pink interiors.

Vibe Maintained:

Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and reset seating areas quickly so the next group can dive into their brunch.

Keep It Sparkling:

Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, patio, floors, and restrooms. If it looks messy, you're on it.

Team Synergy:

Support our baristas and kitchen crew by running dishes, restocking mugs (yes, even the naughty ones), emptying trash, and keeping the workflow seamless.

Customer Connection:

You don't just clear plates; you greet people with genuine warmth. We bring the energy, and you're a major part of that loop.

Flexible:

Available to work weekends and closing (when the coffee cravings hit the hardest). Hospitality or cafe experience is a plus, but a rockstar attitude is mandatory.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Great attitude and takes pride in work done. Strong customer service and communication skills. Have a friendly attitude, handling compliments and complaints with professionalism. Ability to problem solve quickly and handle multiple tasks. Be a responsible team-player that can take initiative. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Other Requirements:

Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop. Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment. At Coffee Dose, we use cheeky and strong language to express our love for caffeination. You may be regularly exposed to an environment whose morals, values, and beliefs may vastly differ from your own.
