Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service during breakfast hours Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, beverages, and fruit displays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and buffet stations Ensure food handling procedures adhere to safety standards and dietary restrictions are respected Restock supplies regularly to ensure an appealing presentation and efficient service flow Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and setting up buffet stations Monitor guest needs throughout service, respond promptly to requests, and address any concerns professionally Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food industry roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food preparation skills, including basic cooking or plating experience, are beneficial Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrates adaptability and teamwork skills Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings for our guests!
