This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a small team, and helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Ideal for someone with experience in: retail operations cafe/grocery/deli / kitchen work warehouse or store support organized, fast-paced environments

Schedule:

Thursdays required Approx. 11am-4pm / 5pm Consistent weekly shift Optional additional Tuesday support shift (2-3 hours)

Responsibilities:

Seafood repack & market packaging Organizing coolers, boxes, and prep flow Loading / unloading supplies and market equipment Supporting prep team throughout the day Maintaining clean and organized workspace Helping keep operations moving efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual Comfortable with physical, active work Able to follow direction while also noticing what needs to be done Team-oriented attitude Comfortable lifting 20-40 lbs Calm, organized, dependable personality This role is NOT customer sales focused. It is more about operations support, prep flow, organization, and helping the team stay efficient. Training provided. Opportunity for additional hours and long-term role for the right person.
