Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with food selections as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and serving stations Replenish food items promptly to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings throughout service hours Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or assembling breakfast plates when necessary Collaborate with kitchen staff and catering teams to coordinate large or special breakfast events Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable Background in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety standards is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service can be beneficial but is not required Previous restaurant or food service experience helps ensure smooth operations during busy mornings A genuine passion for hospitality combined with excellent communication skills will set you apart Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences every morning!
