Job Description

Posted Monday, June 8, 2026, 5:00 AM Responsible for the efficient and proper set-up and tear down of group dining events and functions. Perform physically demanding work in varying weather and terrain conditions. Perform set-up in a manner that ensures neatness and accuracy. Diligent in following directions and performing tasks within designated time frames while maintaining the quality of the project.
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves, other associates or guests.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Experience with physically demanding work. Ability to communicate at a basic level in the English Language. Ability to follow directions. Ability to work cohesively with other associates and departments as part of a team. Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments. Clear thinker, able to analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment. Ability to focus attention to details.
Desirable:
Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience in hospitality or equipment rental industry in similar position. Previous guest relations training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Associates will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor. Set-up functions with equipment specified in the Banquet Event Order (BEO). Break down functions, remove and store equipment as assigned. Maintain a neat, clean and organized work environment. Provide friendly and professional yet unobtrusive service.
Clean function rooms including:
vacuuming, dusting, shampooing of carpets, cleaning mirrors, counters, sand urns, etc.. Keep linen regularly stocked and take dirty linen to the laundry area. Job Details Pay Type Hourly Hiring Rate 16.90 USD
