Job Description Elevate events and ensure flawless execution. Creating unforgettable experiences for our guests is at the forefront of this role as you partner with internal and external stakeholders across the region. Coordinate and oversee the execution of banquet events, ensuring all details align with client specifications and company standards. Collaborate with event planners, clients, and internal teams to understand event requirements and customize banquet setups accordingly. Supervise banquet staff, including servers and support staff, to ensure seamless event operations and exceptional service delivery. Manage logistics such as room setup, audio-visual equipment, and catering to guarantee events run smoothly and efficiently. Resolve issues and address client concerns promptly during events to maintain a positive customer experience. Assist in developing and maintaining banquet service standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct pre- and post-event meetings to review details, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events. The starting range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This is the pay range for this position that Auberge du Soleil reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Qualifications 2-3 year experience in a similar position in a related setting with supervisory responsibilities.
