Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Front of House (FOH), where your energy and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the vital link ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for new guests, all while supporting the servers. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent customer service will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Must be at least 21 Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering utensils or drinks as needed Ensure cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables after each guest departure Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards during service and cleanup Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs Maintain a positive attitude while providing friendly assistance to guests and staff alike Help with general restaurant cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while staying organized and professional Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and customer service excellence Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the restaurant, and lift moderate loads as needed Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where teamwork and guest satisfaction are at the forefront!
