The duties listed below are typical of the positions in the class collectively, but no one position necessarily includes all of the duties. Oversee the operations of a serving kitchen in elementary schools and secondary schools and/or assist in Central Kitchen. Serving an indoor/outdoor (portable cart/speed line) for secondary schools. Accept the delivery of food from Central Kitchen and other vendors. Set up the serving area for food distribution; clean assigned serving area and utensils; perform cashiering duties and prepare paper work as required. Responsible for preparing and distributing meals to comply with all mandated school meal programs. View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications
