Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser, where your energetic attitude and attention to detail will elevate the guest experience! In this vital role, you'll support the front-of-house service team by efficiently pre bussing empties, clearing tables between courses, and minimal assisting with restaurant operations. Your enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional service will help create memorable dining moments for our guests. Looking for a valuable candidate for a full time position at a competitive hourly rate with a desirable tip pool structure. Duties Will sometimes need to transport food from the kitchen to guest tables using proper manual handling and safe lifting practices Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area Support servers by delivering food orders accurately and efficiently Handle food safety and hygiene standards diligently during all food handling activities Buss tables by removing used dishes, glasses, and utensils, maintaining cleanliness throughout service Communicate effectively with FOH Supervisor, kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and safe lifting practices is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary, following proper safety protocols Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality can be advantageous Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and guest satisfaction Food Handlers Certification and ABC RBS Certification Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn new skills, and ready to contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
