Lobby Attendant

Overview The Lobby (Attendant) ensures a fluent and pleasant experience for the customer while in the restaurant. Responsibilities Welcomes the customer Assist with packaging bread, tortillas, cookies, sauces and other products Takes orders to the respective tables Picks up and maintains order in the assigned tables (cleaning dining room tables) Ensuring customer satisfaction is met by promoting restaurant survey Ensuring the restrooms are clean and fully stocked Sweep and mop dining room Cleaning windows Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ year of experience in similar roles Ability to lift and push 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents Expected Behaviors Be Service OBSESSED, provides help to the customer whenever needed Friendly, welcoming attitude Energetic Team Player Must have great interpersonal communication skills to work with others Sense of urgency Attention to details that will make a memorable visit for a customer Proactively help where it is most needed in the restaurant Pay Rate USD $20.00/Hr.
