Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant to make our guests feel welcome, provide fast, friendly and personalized service.

NOTE:

Shift starts at 5:30am Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. Responsible for preparing and replenishing food and beverage service in the Club Lounge to deliver an excellent guest experience. Complete opening and closing side work to include, but not limited to, stocking chinaware, silverware and tableware, tending to the coffee machine, retrieving food and beverages from the kitchen and delivering them to the Club Lounge Retrieve and store chinaware, silverware and tableware Restock and clean Club Lounge area Organize and display breakfast/dinner items and move chairs and tables as needed Monitor inventory and ensure quality condition of all chinaware, tableware and silverware. Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner. Qualification Standards (Necessary skills, degrees, certification required for core job function.)

Essential:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a guest relations position preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management. Must have excellent attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. Food Handler's certificate is required
