Requirements / Qualifications

Application fields must be complete, including the 'Record of Work Experience' section. Additionally, the following documents are preferred: Letter(s) of Recommendation (One character reference preferred. ) Resume (Resume is optional. Completion of Work Experience Section of Application still required.) Comments and Other Information Candidates must pass fingerprint clearance, a TB test, and a physical exam. This role includes preparing and serving food, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, and supporting general food service operations. This is a part-time, on-call position with no guaranteed hours. When available, assignments are typically 2-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday (school days only), and may begin as early as 6:30 a.m. End times vary by assignment but are usually between 2:00-3:00 p.m. Assignments may be available at school sites in San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, and Morro Bay. Prior food service experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
