- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant / Japanese bilingual to join our food manufacturing team.
Location:
Santa Fe Springs, CA Wage:
$20- 23.
Working Hour:
M-F 8 hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (1 hour break) Japanese language skill required. Interest in Japanese food welcome! Entry level candidate welcome! I.Sales Promotion & Support Lead Generation & Strategy:
Follow up on inbound/outbound leads, identify market trends, and develop tailored sales strategies based on customer budgets and needs.Client Relationship Management:
Conduct product presentations and maintain frequent contact with existing and potential customers to drive growth.Inquiry Handling:
Act as the first point of contact for online retail and wholesale inquiries, professionally resolving complaints in coordination with marketing.Operational Support:
Assist outside sales representatives by qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data, and preparing detailed sales reports. II.Other Responsibilities Process Improvement:
Seek efficient, cost-effective ways to improve workflows and execute special projects as assigned.Communication & Compliance:
Maintain high ethical standards, adhere to company policies, and ensure transparent communication with management regarding irregular issues.Team & Workplace Maintenance:
