Opening May 2025, Capriciano is an upscale Italian seafood osteria where every role is valued and respected. As a key part of our guest experience, our bussers keep the dining room flowing, beautiful, and ready for every new guest. This is a great opportunity to get in from day one, learn the industry in an upscale Italian environment, and grow with us. Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between covers, maintaining our upscale table standards Deliver bread service, water, and initial items to tables as directed Assist servers throughout service — running food, refilling water, removing plates Keep the dining room, side stations, and service areas stocked, organized, and clean Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to manage table turns and guest flow Ensure all glassware, flatware, and linens meet Capriciano's presentation standards before reset Support host team with seating logistics during busy periods Complete assigned side work at open and close Experience Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate High energy, team-player mentality Ability to move quickly and carry multiple plates safely Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be available for evening and weekend shifts Reliable transportation
