Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and providing excellent guest services. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and food service stations. Set up the breakfast buffet or dining area prior to service, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy environment. Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the breakfast menu or dietary options available. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and service. Handle phone inquiries related to breakfast services with professionalism and courtesy. Skills Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and meal presentation. Knowledge of kitchen cleanliness standards and food safety practices. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Proficient in bussing techniques to ensure quick turnover of dining tables. Good phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries effectively. Previous experience as a dietary aide or in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
