Compensation:

$24.00 - $25.00 BOE Event Execution & Leadership Lead and supervise banquet service staff during events, including servers, bartenders, and support staff Conduct pre-event briefings to review event details, service flow, menu items, and assignments Ensure all banquet setups are completed according to BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and brand standards Maintain event timelines and coordinate service pacing with the culinary team Staff Oversight & Training Assign service stations and responsibilities Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed Assist with training new banquet service staff Enforce safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
