Job Description

Busser/Runner Chateau is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Busser to join our team. The Busser plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of service and supporting both the front-of-house team and our guests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities Support servers and bartenders throughout service to ensure seamless guest experiences. Reset and prepare tables according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, bar, and service stations. Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests as needed. Polish and stock glassware, silverware, and plates. Assist with food running when necessary. Maintain restroom cleanliness and complete scheduled restroom checks. Keep service stations stocked and organized throughout the shift. Remove dishes, glassware, and debris promptly and efficiently. Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties. Support team members wherever needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred. Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow within hospitality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and commitment to hospitality standards.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips.
