Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate ability to interact positively with students, staff, and parents

Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge of:

• Appliance and utensil used in the preparation of food
• Use of Standardized Recipes
• Methods and practices of cleanliness and good personal hygiene
• Appropriate sanitation requirements and procedures for use in a food service establishment Ability to:
• Carry out assigned tasks quickly and efficiently

Essential Functions:

• Personally prepares and serves all types of food and beverages
• Cleans all areas in the kitchen
• Puts away and stocks inventory
• Assists in cleaning dining room after meals
• Operates dishwasher
• May sell meal tickets
• May assist with student supervision
• May operate Point-of-Sell Terminal
• May be required to transport food
