Our team is fast-paced, guest-focused, and built around strong support systems on the floor. Position Overview Server Support Staff are a key part of the front-of-house service team , focused entirely on supporting servers and enhancing the guest experience. This role may function as a Food Runner, Expo, or Busser . This is not a kitchen position — this role operates on the service side of the restaurant and works closely with servers, bartenders, and guests to ensure smooth, efficient service. Candidates are welcome to apply for one specific role (Food Runner, Expo, or Busser) or for the full support team. Key Responsibilities Food Running Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation Ensure orders are correct before leaving the expo line Communicate clearly with servers and expo to maintain timing and accuracy Provide brief, confident food descriptions when dropping dishes Expo (Expeditor) Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house Organize tickets and ensure orders are complete and properly plated Control pacing and flow of food during service Work directly with runners and servers to ensure accuracy and timing Bussing / Table Support Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas Assist with water service, refills, and table maintenance Support servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment General Responsibilities Support all front-of-house operations as needed Maintain strong awareness of the dining room and guest needs Complete opening, running, and closing side work Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Uphold "Every Guest, Every Time" service expectations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays or bus tubs Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage in compliance with Colorado state law (with participation in tip pool where applicable) Earned Sick Time in accordance with Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) 25% employee discount at all My Neighbor Felix and ViewHouse locations Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within My Neighbor Felix How to Apply Apply directly through this posting, or Visit the restaurant Monday - Thursday between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM to apply and speak with a manager Equal Opportunity Employer My Neighbor Felix is an equal opportunity employer.
