Part-Time Server's Assistant/Busser Lafayette, CO Foxglove Bar & Hideout is growing into our busiest season, and we're looking for passionate, experienced bartenders to join our team. Located in the heart of Lafayette, Foxglove is a craft cocktail bar focused on beautifully crafted drinks, intentional service, and unforgettable ambiance. This is more than just a bar, it's a layered, sensory experience and we're building a team to match. We are currently hiring part-time team members for approximately 1 - 3 shifts per week. What We're Looking For Bussers who are able to stay focused and organized during busy service periods Friendly, guest-focused professionals with a strong hospitality instinct Team players with strong awareness and initiative Professionals who thrive in an intimate, detail-driven environment Availability for nights and weekends Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Entry level position, customer service experience preferred Must have or complete TIPS certification within first 30 days of employement Hourly rate starting at $16/hr with a percentage of the tip pool.
