The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Assist with banquet and catering events, ensuring all food service needs are met efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Support dietary needs of guests by providing accurate information about menu items. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Barista experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage service. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
