Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service Greet guests with a friendly attitude, providing prompt and attentive customer service throughout their breakfast experience Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to proper serving techniques and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, and kitchen spaces to ensure a hygienic environment Restock supplies as needed, including utensils, condiments, and food items, to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or assembling breakfast items under supervision Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed Previous restaurant or food service experience is advantageous; barista experience or dietary aide background is a plus Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms breakfast into an exceptional start for every guest.
