Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Food Service Worker to work primarily at our East Windsor location to complete daily food production tasks for our prepared meals & corporate catering company.
Pay:
$17.00•$20.00 per hour
Hours :
Monday•Friday 9 AM•3 PM i.e. "Mother's Hours" (Willing to accommodate specific schedule cases for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Production:
Assist in preparing ingredients, cooking, and assembling dishes according to recipes and quality standards. Support daily kitchen production, ensuring all menu items are prepared efficiently and accurately•this includes making batch recipes, creating individually packaged meals, salads, & sandwiches. Able to work independently, remaining on task Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety. Follow guidance and direction from the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Cleanliness & Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation and safety standards. Assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and routine cleaning tasks. Ensure all food prep areas, storage spaces, and equipment are properly maintained. Monitor & facilitate inventory of goods under the direction of the
Head Chef Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food service experience Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team mindset. Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards.
