Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their dining experience Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper serving techniques Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment to uphold high hygiene standards Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables with professionalism Follow all food safety protocols related to handling, storage, and sanitation to prevent contamination Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience in serving, food preparation, catering or banquet settings preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Background in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus Dietary aide or catering experience can enhance your fit for this role Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding food service in a lively environment!
