Job Description
Job Overview Ingleside Assisted Living, a 60-bed senior living facility located in a residential neighborhood near Trolley Square, is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services. This position is a working chef manager; the successful candidate will be overseeing production and front-of-house staff as well as working several shifts per week as a cook. Duties include preparing meals for residents, overseeing production, sanitation and food safety, and supervising both production staff and front-of-house staff to ensure that residents receive the best care and service possible while adhering to state guidelines. Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years of cooking experience as well as supervisory experience, preferably in a similar environment. Must be knowledgeable about required food safety and sanitation regulations and practices; ServSafe certification is preferred. This is a full-time position and requires every other weekend.
