SAFETY & SANITATION

Washes hands every 20 minutes throughout the shift Maintains clean and sanitized work areas Works with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard

TEAMWORK & SKILLS

Supports other Front of House functions as needed, recognizing that everything within the four walls of the restaurant impacts the Guest experience Positively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informed Provides exceptional service throughout the entire shift Possesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Busser is expected to be able to perform the essential job functions described in this document with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical demands include:

Remaining standing for extended periods Bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 30 lbs., for short distances Ability to work with varying noise levels Ability to remain balanced while carrying heavy loads Ability to frequently communicate and timely exchange accurate information with Managers, Team Members, and Guests in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
