Server Assistant and Busser

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Server Assistant and to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support our servers by ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests through efficient cleaning, bussing, and food service assistance. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help create memorable moments for our members and visitors. Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Support food service operations by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning tasks Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Help with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or daily service Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries courteously and professionally Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred Strong cleaning, bussing, and food handling skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Experience in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not required Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service principles is highly desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
