Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Busser/Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be vital in helping us deliver top-notch customer service and uphold our high standards of hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, guest relations, and restaurant operations while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and professionalism Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors as needed Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow Help with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or banquet functions Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices is a plus Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory Prior work in banquet settings or hotel hospitality can be beneficial for understanding guest services in diverse environments Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for providing excellent guest experiences Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of food preparation, bussing, serving, and kitchen operations is helpful for success in this role

From $10.98 per hour
