Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Duties:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
• Operate POS system for guest transactions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong phone etiquette skills for guest interactions
• Ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Experience with meal preparation and dietary restrictions is beneficial
