$14 + gratuities
Summary:
Assists servers and restaurant staff by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked dining areas to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience. Responsible for clearing and resetting tables, supporting service flow, and performing cleaning and station maintenance duties throughout each shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages. Assist all servers, bartenders, food runners, and managers whenever necessary. Communicate with host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Help deliver an exceptional experience. Set up/breakdown and continual maintenance of stations. Perform station opening/closing duties each shift. Ensure bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift begins. Assist in maintaining the appropriate levels of equipment and product in the service stations. Restock plasticware in service and bar areas. Set up for bottle service at the beginning of the shift. Bring out proper bottle service items, mixers, shot glasses, fruit, etc., as needed. Clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest. Make sure the chairs and floors around the tables are clean. Run soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to the dishwash area throughout the shift. Responsible for the cleanliness of the trash area and all trash-related duties; empties, removes, and compacts trash. Ensure the floor is dry and clear of debris. Communicate, hear, and speak properly on the radio. Complete all assigned closing side work duties. Must clock in/out for shift via ADP. Maintains and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Ability to work a varied schedule that may include early morning, evening, night, holiday, and weekend shifts. Participates in ongoing training. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food handler's certification preferred. Knowledge, skills, and abilities : The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency, seeking guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively within a team and a team environment Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to verbally communicate and take direction. Ability to multitask in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail required. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude. Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a mostly outdoor environment and requires evening, holiday, and weekend hours.
