Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven polishers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires precision, consistency, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards. Polishers play a key role in maintaining the restaurant s elevated aesthetic by ensuring all service ware is spotless, properly handled, and ready for seamless service execution.

YOUR ROLE
Polish and inspect all silverware, glassware, and plateware to ensure spotless presentation and adherence to fine dining standards Organize and store service ware safely and efficiently to support smooth front-of-house operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations, dish areas, and storage spaces Handle all items carefully to minimize breakage andmaintaininventory levels Follow proper sanitation, safety, and handling proceduresin accordance withhealth regulations and company policies Support restocking of service stations andassistwithadditionalstewarding or operational tasks as directed by management Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensuretimelyavailability of polished service ware during peak service periods Assistwith opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequently lift up to 50 lbs This is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS 1 -2
years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
