Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and attentive guest relations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and assisting in food preparation when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices throughout your shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations during busy hours. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport and handle inquiries professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
