Job Description

We are a quinceañera and wedding venue looking to bring on another on-call banquet captain/event manager. This is an on-call position and most of our events take place Friday and Saturday evenings. The person in this role will oversee the rest of the banquet staff (kitchen, servers, bar tenders) and make sure that the scheduled event timeline goes as smoothly and on-time as possible. This event manager will also be the contact person for the event host during the event and will close up the facility at the end of the night after the room reset. We are looking for someone that has experience in this role and understands the responsibility that it comes with. Preferably bilingual but at minimum should be fluent in Spanish.
